I just did the required update from the standard Intellicenter app and the Pentair home app. I noticed that some of the programming/settings did not carry over. For example the pump stays at the max 3450 when the spa is turned on. Also, when I turn the spa switch on the heater doesn't turn on automatically so I need to switch it on manually on the app. The Intellicenter instructions reference a heater default switch that must be switched to on for the heater to kick on with the spa pump. Can someone tell me how to find this switch on the Intellicenter or otherwise how to fix?

Can you point us to where you are reading about that switch?

This is what I have:

Spa Manual Heat ON/OFF: See page 59: If the Heat Enabled (Default ON), feature
is selected and the Spa pump button (or from the Spa-Side remote, or Wireless
Controller) is turned on, the pump will turn on and the heater will begin to heat the spa
(even if the heater is set to OFF). This feature allows you to program the pool pump to
filter daily with the heater set to off, and then be ready to heat whenever the Spa button
is pressed. See Settings > Advanced System Configuration > Installation Setup > Spa
Body Configuration >Spa Settings on page 53.

When under IntelliCenter control you do not touch the heater control panel. Turning ON the spa switch on the heater will be ignored when the IntelliCenter is in AUTO mode.

All heater control is done through the IntelliCenter and app.

They are talking about the SPA button on the app and not on the heater control panel.
