Hi - new here and have new salt water, vinyl pool owner. Closing pool in 3 weeks but salt down to 2020ppm. Should I add this close to end of season.

As long as you maintain your FC in target range based on your CYA (FC/CYA Levels) using liquid chlorine daily until you close, no need to add salt.
