How bad is this scale on my IC40?

I think that's the white balance. When its in the sun light, it's white. Although..... i may be wrong. Only places it could be coming from would be the heater or the fire/water bowls that have copper scuppers. Cartridges are white (just checked) and there is no staining in the pool....
Could the blue be from the pipe cement i used when installing the unions? I used rain or shine blue pvc cement....
Well, i guess time will tell. The filter cartridges are white, and the pool is very clear. I will have to keep an eye on it.
