Is it better to power the Aquapure via main pump relay in the Aqualink RS enclosure. (effectively turning on the SWCG when power is applied to the pump), or connect it to the RPM switched relay on the Jandy FloPro pump itself (Activates around 1725 RPM).

Thanks

Either one will work.

Connecting the Aquapure power to the filter pump relay gives you a bit more flexibility to run your pump and SWG below 1725 RPM if the cell gets enough flow.

Thats what I was thinking. Am I correct in understanding that it wont hurt the cell if there isnt enough flow, it just wont generate?

Yes, as long as the flow switch is operating properly.

If the switch fails closed, which some do, then your cell can be powered with inadequate water flow.
