Can't find deep end ladder

My old ladder began to rust so I tossed it thinking I could easily get a new one.

Problem is, I can't find a match for a 3 step deep and ladder.

1.9" o d pipe
18" center to center
16.5 " inside width

Anyone know where I can find? Went to local pool stores but most are 20" center to center
 
Instead of trying to measure center to center, it is easier to measure outside edge to outside edge like in the red dimension.

It is the same as center to center, but easier to measure.

The inside dimension has to be the center to center measurement minus the OD of the rail (1.90").

The outside dimension has to be the center to center measurement plus the OD of the rail (1.90").

There were many manufacturers of pool rails, ladders, etc. that were bought or merged or specialities for one builder that are no longer around. All new are 1.9" but after that you likely won't find one to match the dimensions of your old and will need to drill new holes and get new anchors.
