Pentair IntelliChlor IC20 Chlorine Generator 520556

Kara,

Both styles of power centers have fuses..

The new ones are on the circuit card and the old ones are at the back bottom of the box behind where the cell plugs in.. Inside a fuse holder.

You need to confirm that you have AC power to the primary side of the transformer. And then you need to confirm that you have about 28 Volts AC out of the transformer and into the circuit card.

If you have the low voltage AC going into the card, then most likely the card is bad.

I'd unplug the cell first just to make sure it is not loading the card down.

How big in gallons is your pool???

Thanks,

Jim R.

Kara,

You need to use a meter to check continuity... But I assume you do not have a meter or you would have done this already..

Your best bet it to just replace the fuse with a new one.

I'd buy five new ones. Unplug the cell and install the new fuse and see what happens. If the lights on the circuit card come on, then power everything down, reconnect the cell, and try it again and see what happens.

Thanks,

Jim R.
