Hello,

Bought the E10 couple days ago. And it ran a couple of runs now.

What bothers me is that it seems to catch the fine sand, but larger and lighter pieces get blown right out the back of it, back in the Pool.

At the end of the run, there is not that much in the filter basket, almost only sand.
Is it something I am missing or doing wrong?

Double check that all your flaps are closing (on the basket & the bottom of the bot). What goes in shouldn’t come out.
Also double check that the impeller isn’t clogged (the little fan inside) pine needles & hair etc can get wrapped around it.
