Struggling to figure out why my free chlorine is high and my total chlorine is low. My water is slightly green and cloudy-can’t see the bottom. Been open for a week. I have put in a ton of liquid shock. Running the filter nonstop. Need advice please!

How did you get a TA with a decimal in it?
Did you use the booklet or wheel thing to calculated "adjusted" TA? Just report the TA result, not adjusted.

Kit appears to be a rebranded K-2006.

Again - use PoolMath not the other app.

Yeah - the TC you reported is likely CC - but your app doesn't accept CC.

It was calculated in the Pooli app I guess. I didn’t put in the decimal.

Please use the PoolMath app.

The app you are using is difficult to read and follow - and it doesn't show CC, which is an important parameter to monitor.
Since you are using a rebranded K-2006 test kit, the app you use isn't even tracking the data from the K-2006 correctly.

Okay - to clear the green/cloudy pool you need to do the
SLAM Process.
Your fc is currently not high - Slam fc level for your cya of 60 is 24ppm
(there’s no inbetweens on the cya test - always round up if the dot disappears between two values)
Your ta (which is only measured in increments of 10 - no extrapolations) has been increasing (are you adding something to increase it? If so stop 🛑
As mentioned, please use
PoolMath as it uses tfp recommended levels, & suggestions, doesn’t “adjust” ta & also lists fc & cc separately which is very important.
It is free to use & will help you calculate all additions accurately. If you wish to retain more than 1 log for your records there is a yearly subscription fee of $7.99.
Its very important for you to have a fairly accurate volume estimate of your pool so you dose accurately.
At the bottom of this Page there’s a calculator for that
