Ok, so trying to keep this short: We took a lightning strike last Thursday, and one of the victims of the carnage was my Aqualink control board. After getting a new board installed, I had to wait to get it turned on until my internet could also be fixed (My router and modem were fried and with it being a holiday it took a few days.)
Finally got all that done today, and was able to access the iAqualink. Everything works except my filter pump. The guy that replaced my control board said that he can come out and try to configure it for me for an additional service call, but he thinks it may just be that the speed setup is not right. looking in the setup what I found was the VSP screen:

Not sure what all I am looking at here, but my pump is a Jandy VS FloPro model VSFHP185DV2A. After scouring the internet I have been able to find nothing about how this should be setup. Anyone have a good source where I can find how to properly configure this?

On that VSP page that you show above change the application for the ePump on line one to filtration as shown below:

Changing that first line to filtration will tell the Jandy system you are using a Jandy vsp epump for the pump.

Then select the speed setup button and set up the speeds as you want.25119074-4EBC-4CD9-BC2C-84EB60D22A9B.png

I have a whole house surge suppression unit, but I don't have anything dedicated just for the pool equipment. If the surge came in on the main line to the house that one may have worked. Many of the houses in our area (including my own) were also having to replace internet routers. I think it may have come in from some other source, but it looks like I lost the aqualink and the pool heater.

It was a heck of a storm.

Still trying to get everything working again.

Is there something you would recommend for surge suppression on the pool equipment other than the whole house surge protector?

The whole house should have worked as long as the power travels through that unit before reaching the pool equipment. If the pool is on a separate circuit from the meter, you need 2.

What is the make/model of the surge unit?
