I am having a very similar issue to what is referenced here:

I am getting random breaks in communication between the intelliflo pump and easy touch controller. The pump display goes back to showing the rpm and I can not control it via the app or panel. If everything is power cycled operation returns.
This happens in random time intervals. I performed the service mode check and the pump stays on switching from display not available to the rpm display.
I also tried various combinations of the pump breaker off or controller off to see if the communication would not re-establish but I could not reproduce the issue.
It seems like the rs485 transceivers are locking up or going into an error induced time out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
