dolphin E10 winds around ladder/stairs

Every time I've considered any kind of automatic cleaner I've decided I don't see how they wouldn't get stuck aroudn the ladder.

So I'm curious if there really is any possible answer, other than pulling the ladder out which is really awkward to do with mine, I already dislike doing it twice a year.

I've had a Dolphin e10 for several years and have not had this issue but that is only because it can't get behind my stairs which are old and clunky - they have a picket fence design in back so it's just another wall for the Dolphin.

Yours look open so I guess it needs to be physically blocked from going behind your ladder but I have no idea the best way to do that.

Removing the ladder to run the robot defeats the purpose of paying up for a robot so that's out.

Sorry, no great solutions from me but lots of creative people here that may see this.

There have been several threads on the issue- but I can’t seem to find them.
Some have used pvc or plexiglass to block off the area yet still allow for adequate flow. Putting something either on each side of the ladder or just directly under it in the middle.
If i find the examples I will post them
