Connector for Valve wiring on Pentair Easy Touch 4 controller

Hello all.

I'm looking for a lead on a part so that I can attach a valve to the VLV A connection on the controller board. It looks like a small 3 pin JST type plug. But the ones that are used on the Intake and Return connections look like ones where the insulated wires can be inserted into the connector. I have a new valve I want to connect to VLV A, but hoping to find a suitable connector.

@ogdento might know. Of course, Pentair will be happy to sell you a cable with that end, for some crazy price. I don't know that this is the right one, but this link might start you on the correct path. Pentair publishes parts lists of their offerings, you might look for those on Pentair's site.


I googled "pentair valve cables".
 
those punch-down JST connectors are colored differently (white/maroon/black) depending on the wire gauge they can accommodate, so be careful to get the black ones

I shortened all the excess wires on my valve actuators and used this kit to crimp the needed connectors on
