Fried circuit board?

Long story short, when my heater was hooked up last fall the guy I had hook it up left the 120v plug in the circuit board…..when he wired everything up for 240v. Watched a video saying going thru install and the guy said to make sure and NOT do this otherwise you will kill the heater. Hoping to just be able to swap out a circuit board as this heater is brand new. Figured it out after he left and there was no power to the heater. Any help is appreciated.

Before anyone asks….the guy skipped town and hasn’t been heard from 🤦🏽‍♂️

Replace the main PCB and change the plug to 240V and see if the heater turns on.

The other thing that may have been damaged is the Fenwal box but I think it will be good.

@JamesW you know what blows giving the MasterTemp 240V with the 120V plug in?

It comes with the 240 plug installed.

Why was the plug changed?

Can you show pictures of everything?

Did you measure the voltage?

What circuit breaker feeds the heater?

First thing to look at is inside the grey box that contains the Fenwal device. At the bottom there is a fuse. If you're lucky that is the only thing that blew.

You’ll hafta forgive my lack of knowledge…but I assume PCB is the circuit board?
PCB is the board behind the control panel. Has several lines plugged into it and is held in with four tiny screws. There is a ribbon cable that comes from the touchpad on one end.

Not sure why it the plug was switched. Voltage is correct. Pump and heater are on same 240 breaker. I opened up to take pictures and noticed this fuse appears to be blown (circled in green).
