Shake and bake pork chops and oven roasted asparagus seasoned with olive oil salt and pepper with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Simple but sooo yummy and healthy

They’re pretty thick - center cut filets.Are those steaks like 4 inches thick? Very nice

Actually DW has us on a strict diet plan for the next few months so all portions may be much smaller excluding adult beverages

I could only eat 1/2 the steak. My wife bought them, so I didn’t see the weight. Must have been around 12 oz. That adult beverage exclusion is significant!Actually DW has us on a strict diet plan for the next few months so all portions may be much smaller excluding adult beverages

Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin done in the air fryer 20 mins at 400 degrees. Extremely juicy and tasty

Shrimp, sausage, yellow squash, green squash and peppers, use your favorite seasonings put in air fryer at 409 degrees for 8 mins. Great healthy meal
Can I join the party? This is my last meal request, a fat ribeye and popovers with some red wine. Reverse seared, got some dino beef ribs coming tomorrow

Did you just cook it down and then strain it or wish it in using a blender?
Cooked it on a low simmer for about 3 hours and then strained it using coffee filters.

Beautiful 70° sunny day in DFW, but bourbon season is nearing its end. Will move to margaritas, martinis and beer as the weather warms up.
Went for an impromptu Tabasco jelly glazed salmon tonight, served with basmati rice, green beans and Buffalo Trace. Delicious!

Cooked my Texas Twisted Chicken as requested by our pregnant DIL. She and our youngest son were over celebrating his new job. Seasoned up flattened chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic; wrapped the breasts around a cream cheese stuffed jalapeño, then wrapped the breasts in bacon. Sauced them up with Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce. Served with glazed carrots and basmati rice. Delicious and satisfied the cravings of a pregnant woman!
