Out of the blue i'm getting an alert on my IntelliCenter regarding communication lost with MasterTemp heater? Oddly, whenever, I want to turn the heater on, for example, with my spa it works fine thru the IntelliCenter interface. After turning on the heater, the error persists.

You have the 6 button “connected” MasterTemp heater?
Check the connections or integrity of the RS-485 comm wire between the heater and the IntelliCenter. Some critter may have chewed or pulled on the cable.

Thanks. What does not make sense is that the MasterTemp Heater responds from all devices :
(1) IntelliCenter Control Panel
(2) IntelliCenter Wall Touch Panel
(3) IntelliCenter2.com website interface via Laptop
(4) IntelliCenter app on iPhone
It certainly does not seem to be a communication wire issue at all.
