PVC plumbing repair help

Hello, I have a Jandy valve that had cracked due to the Texas freeze last year. I repaired it with Plast-Aid (looks like a mess but thankfully it held! Finally decided to replace and clean things up. Can you please give me tips on the best method to replace all of this? There isnt much play and many are fitting>fitting with not much flexibility in the pipes. From what I can tell I will need to replace everything in the purple box.

Best to go from right to left, vice versa, or do multiple joints at a time? The 45 on the 3 way and the connection to the existing piping seem like they will be the toughest connections.

Thanks for any tips you can provide!

Welcome. Unfortunately I don’t see a way without redoing the whole manifold. Every time I plumb, I always try and remove any extra unnecessary couplings and 90s. So the next time you work on it you have plenty of spare pipe. I would cut before cracked 3way for a coupling and street45. I would cut all those extra couplings out and remove the extra check valve and rebuild manifold with all new valves. You can loosen the union on the heater for play to finish the job. Can you give a wider view of the manifold?

Please fill out signature when you get a chance. Is the pool equipment above the pool?
Do you have an elevated spa?
I’m not seeing any easy way to just replace that valve I would cut from ground up and redo the whole manifold. Whenever I plumb I always have the end piece in mind. For me it would be redo the manifold and loosening the heater union so I have play to slip into manifold.

Ok yes that sounds like a better option but was trying to avoid. The pool equipment itself is above the pool but there is an above ground spa that flows into the pool...I think I need to drop the water level in the spa before I touch any of this correct? Also can I just remove the spring check when redoing the manifold and just use a single Jandy check? Thanks for the help!!
