Calcium scale?

Looks like I have my first instance of calcium scale. I had to SLAM the pool and have maintained high chlorine levels, so I haven’t been able to test PH.

I just tested and my Alkalinity is 110, so likely the culprit here where it has a slow leak from my fountains.

Best bet to do an acid/water mixture and scrub with pumice stone? My regular pool brush isnt working at all on this.

A pumice stone is aggressive and may take the glaze off the tile and scale will appear more often and be harder to remove once that occurs.
These 3M pads are what I advise to use for light scale removal like in your situation. Can be attached to a hand grinder or just in the palm of your hand.
Then treat with a tile protectant.
