I have always wondered how to read the Taylor TA test. I took these photos this morning after putting in 2 drops of 0007, then 5 drops of 0008 then 8 drops of 0009 (first photo) and 9 drops in photo 2. Is this sample 80 or 90 ppm total alkalinity?

You add R0009 until the last drop makes no color change. Then subtract the last drop.

I’d say you still have a bit of color to go and it’s likely 10 drops … but confirm that the color does not change after 10 drops.
