You should be running two hot wires which can be black or red and a green ground wire to each device for a 240V circuit.

In regards to my electrical, I have my father-in-law who is a retired certified electrician working with a licensed electrician to get my set up in order. Only problem is getting panel boards and parts needed. My set up is going to be similar to yours: all Pentair with the IntelliFlo (011056), IC60, UltraTemp 140, 2 Intellibrites, and the IntelliConnect. So much more involved than my last pool: all it had was a pump, nothing else, so simple!
