Installing Intelliconnect… have electrical question

Do you also have a spool of green 12AWG THWN wire for the ground wire?

You should be running two hot wires which can be black or red and a green ground wire to each device for a 240V circuit.
Yes, I already had a spool of green and red that are the exact same wire. In the junction box, when I tie the wires together, do I need to ground each one to the ground screw on the box or just run a jumper wire from all the grounds to the ground screw?

As far as the a/c and the oven, I’m not completely sure. I know when I turned off the breaker for the pool equipment, it cuts power to my a/c and my oven.

Never put more than two wires under a screw.

Best practice is to wire nut the wires together with a short pigtail you connect to the ground screw in the box.

Something does not sound right. An electrician should check it out.

Awesome! Thanks for all the replies! I’m sure I can do this and I am definitely going to have an electrician check out the panel. Thanks again!

I got everything wired together today. Tomorrow I plan on getting the pump plumbed in and then I just have to wire the pump up. Once everything is hooked back up I will be having an electrician come check my panel.

Thanks for asking this question and everyone's responses in this thread. Very helpful. Three weeks ago I would've had no idea what any of this stuff you all just said was, but as I'm building my pool I am learning a lot. In regards to my electrical, I have my father-in-law who is a retired certified electrician working with a licensed electrician to get my set up in order. Only problem is getting panel boards and parts needed. My set up is going to be similar to yours: all Pentair with the IntelliFlo (011056), IC60, UltraTemp 140, 2 Intellibrites, and the IntelliConnect. So much more involved than my last pool: all it had was a pump, nothing else, so simple!

This forum has been great to me! I’ve learned so much and been able to do so many things in my own! Mine is still pretty basic, but I love having things automated now. Good luck to you in your new pool build! Be sure and post pics!
