Hello,
I have two depth in my pool. There is one shallow part which the cleaner robot start cleaning but after 3 second it stop.
If there any trick to overcome this situation?
It’s seems there is a version (W20) which seems have a minimal depth of 8”.
Thanks for any advices,

There's no trick. When it gets on a shelf, it experiences out of water situation and shuts down. Some higher end models of Polaris will stop and then back out of the shallow and keep cleaning elsewhere, but not sure of other brands.
