Bugs! What are they? How do I get rid of them?

I have these in my pool (see photo). I bought a better net attachment to get them off the surface and I’ve shocked the pool but they still show up regularly in my skimmer every morning. What are they and how do I get rid of them?287AA0A7-B834-4C83-A007-64FC70819D19.jpeg

Hard to tell from the pic, but I’d guess springtails. Usually they like moist areas near the pool in grass, plants etc. Extermination can be anything from insecticides in the area of the yard that attracts them, to netting them out and drowning them in a bucket of water with dish soap added to change the surface tension of the water.
