Help with valves

My 6 year old though it would be fun to turn valves. I have no clue which ones were open or closed. There are 4 blue ones he potentially played with. I have no idea which ones should be open or closed. If you could help? I’m sure there will be questions as to what’s labeled what which I will answer or post more photos if needed

You have photos from last year, they appear to be in the same positions.

Holy Crud I didn’t even remember that. Thanks so much! At the same time, I would love to know what valve does what. Can you, or someone else, advise? Thanks!
