So we live in a rental and the pool service is included with rent. He comes once a week and a couple days later the pool is cloudy. Not sure what he’s adding or what he’s been doing.Anyways we’d like to get things on track ourselves. Ordering a TF100 kit to get accurate tests but in the meantime have included a pic of latest test.

You have algae. The weekly dump & run service with tabs or whatever has caught-up with the water. The CYA is probably much too high requiring a partial water exchange to lower it. You'll confirm once your kit arrives.
