I have a 15x30 above ground vinyl pool. This fall winter a huge windstorm flipped my entire winter cover into the pool. I spent about 2-3 weeks now shocking and cleaning the filter and now I have about 2ft of brownish green in the bottom of the pool. I have tried using clarifyer and nothing is really helping. I am almost to the point of draining and restarting.

Welcome to TFP.

If you have inexpensive good fill water then draining may be the best way as long as your liner does not shift and cause problems. That is your risk with draining.

What pool cleaner do you have? You need something that can suck up the muck.

Clarifier is not going to do anything for you.

To clear up the water you need to follow our SLAM Process which needs you to do your own testing with a Taylor K-1006C or TFT Test Kits

How many gallons in your pool?

My local water is a little expensive due to some new sewer projects but not totally opposed to draining it. I have a aquabot pool rover which does a good job and pulled a ton of stuff out. I can now run it for 1+ hrs and pickup minimal debris. I am ordering the Taylor kits today and will continue to work on it. My pool is about 12500 gallons

Keep your pump running and clean your filter often.

Run your Aquabot to pickup stuff on the floor.

When you get your test kit post your test results.

Prepare for the SLAM Process

Thanks the tf100 is on order. Will share my results whine they come in. I downloaded the app and ready to go

My rover has been in most of the day checking it every hour or 2 and is picking up very little debris so the bottom seems pretty clear

Would I use poolmath and go from 0-5? Just making sure I get enough shock
Yes. Look for "Effects of Adding" which can tell you what to expect by adding any chemical. FYI - in a 12.6K pool 81 ounces of 10% chlorine should take the FC from zero to 5 ppm.

Should I continue to add tabs in my chlorinatlor while I wait for my test kit which should be here Friday or Saturday?
I would save the pucks for later and just stick to liquid. It's more predictable anyway. Add about1/2 gallon per day until the kit arrives, then we can help you with specific instructions.

Can’t figure out how to export but here are the #s I got

Your CYA is 30. We round up. You can’t estimate values between the lines.

Your TA does not matter much with a FG pool.

Using pool math I add about 1.25 gallons of 10% lc to get to my slam of 12 and check fc again in 90 minutes

Also do I continue to do all tests during the slam or just focus on fc/cc?

Adjust pH to 7.2 first. Then add liquid chlorine. Only need to measure FC until done really. CC when you’re close to finishing. If it takes more than a few days to go blue or more than a week or two to clear, you can recheck CYA.

I added 3 cups of 31.45 muratic acid and will check oh after 1 hr and hopefully be 7.2 and start on lc

Test as often as you can, up to once an hour, and add as needed. Scrub everything, vacuum the floor, etc. Pump going 24/7, clear your filter when PSI rises 25%. Post photos as you go :)
