Pentair light upgrade

I changed a few years back from 120 Jandy LED to Pentair 12v LED. I am using a 300 watt Intermatic transformer to power it. The spa light gave out and now I'm adding it to the system. The transformer is powered from the relay that the original 120 light was on, so basically I'm turning the transformer off and on at the schedule time. If I want to use the same transformer for the spa light, do I run a feed from the low volt side pack to the spa relay and out to the new light? Or do I just wire them both from the same wires from the transformer, in which case, how to I synch them to have the same colors etc.?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Well. No expert here but I’m doing the same as you did. Moving from 120 to 12v. A member just pointed me in the right direction snd I was able to confirm his instructions from the light wiring diagram.
If you run the new light to the same transformer then both will be controlled at the same time and as long as you sync then 1st then there is no reason they should get out of sync as the power will be coming on and off at the same time to both. In the jandy manual it notes how to change the light manually. You might have to put the existing light in the 1st color of the sequence before you connect the other light.
So. I would think you just have to run the new light to the 12v side of your transformer and tie them together.

If you want separate control
Of the pool and the spa light it sounds like you need a separate relay and separate transformer.
