I recently replaced the board in my vita spa and now when I push the Jets 2 button on the top side panel nothing happens. If there are any initial troubleshooting steps you all can think of please let me know.

Pump 2 is on an extender board and was working previous to me replacing the main board. Not sure if there is a setting or jumper somewhere i missed to address.

My board is MXBP501X. Setup #6. In the meantime, I did order a replacement extender board as a precaution.

Thanks in advance!

Check jumper settings and fuses.
I figured out the issue. Turns out you need to put the board in Test Mode using the #1 dip switch to be able to change the settings which put the board in the specific configuration your hot tub is designed for (in my case #6). After this, pump #2 worked as expected. Hopefully this helps others with a similar issue. FYI - to get into my settings for my top side control unit, I needed to get the temperature blinking by changing it up or down and then press the light button.

I am new to this forum so I apologize if I am not posting correctly. I have the same problem with my Hydropool Swimspa, that is, pump 3 or 2 is not working but the display shows that it is. Can you be more specific with your fix. Do you set all dip switches to off except number one, then turn on the power and reset the dip switch to what was originally there (in my case #3)? I am not sure of the procedure you did. By the way I had two technicians come out and they could not get the third pump to operate. Now I have a LF error message.

Thanks,

GGreen
