Hayward clock losing time

I saw previous threads that are now closed that referred to a “ capilator.
My clock is losing time and I have to reset it every day… all times of the day and eventually turn the pumps off after 8 hours. Who can I call to repair this problem?

First, how old is your equipment and is any of it under warranty. Also, can you pls post a list of what type of equipment you have: ie make and model, Pentair Inteliflo VSP, etc
