Customer claims pump turns itself off

Hey Juan, we need more details. What kind of pump and automation? What did the customer say specifically?
Could be throwing a breaker, could be overheating, could be a problem with automation. Lots of things could cause a pump to shut off on its own.

Overheating, automation (many of the new variable speed pumps have built-in timers), etc. Very possible.

We have a new pool and before Automation was enabled for our Pentair Intelliflo pump we were controlling the it using the 4 presets on it's control panel. 3 of those were set as "egg timers" which would run the pump for for a while and then it would turn off. We are new to this system so that took a while to figure out but now its all managed via automation (ScreenLogic).
