Firmware error with iAqualink and Polaris VRX IQ

The app says this or the robot says this? Does the robot work?
The app says it. I was able to manually start it from the main control unit. I am unable to access the controls from the app, it immediately kicks me back to the main screen as soon as i click on OK. I contacted support they said to bring it to a Leslies store to run a diagnostic and if that doesnt work they will ship a new control unit.

Try totally clearing the cache and data from the app. If you can logout and in that too.
