Above ground pool liner

Hey all,
I had to relocate my pool (permit issues) . Now that im using a new liner, I have a concern. My liner is slightly too big.
Note- Using dry vac on the air tight picture.
I was thinking of creating a wrinkle a couple of inches near the bottom of the seam line by the cove. It wouldn't look too bad. My concern is would it screw up the liner eventually? Some one said to create an overlap but my issue is that since its a unibead, I would only be able to overlap the end of the pool, the side of the ovals fits perfect, its just the annoying ends! Everything else is perfect, no wrinkles on the floor nor walls except the ends!

I follow what you are thinking and that may be the only fix. My concern is the wrinkle could cause problems with the cleaner as it goes over it over time. I wonder if you can "roll" the liner in that area and tuck it into the liner track in some way?

Thank you for the reply, after getting rejected for a warranty claim for the oversize liner; I ended up creating a flap of 1-3 inches long about 2 inches above the cove of the pool; approximately 3 inches above of the seam line. Personally, it doesn't look too bad at all. I was thinking if I have issues of dirt, I can maybe buy some sort of tape to seal it.

I will post a picture later if you interested.

If it is not on the floor then you should be good! What you can do is get a soft cloth to wipe in there every once in a while but I bet it is tight so you may not even need or be able to do that. Sad to hear they will not listen or seem to care about sending you the wrong size :(

I inadvertently have a wrinkle/flap on one side of my pool @ the cove & the sand shifted to fill it - it is immovable under the weight of the water. I have to give it extra attention with the brush.
Pulling it up to the top of the wall in that area would be preferable as kim said. Anything loose will also create many wrinkles so get ready for that.
My robot does run over the flap/fold without issue but I suspect my liner will wear prematurely in that spot.
I also have saggy wall liner in another area - it has tightened over time but there’s lots of bubbles behind it.
