I just set this pool up about 2 weeks ago, and I'm having issues with the pump it came with. It's been running fine this whole time, and was on last night when I came inside last night around 6pm. It should've turned off shortly after that (this one has a timer on the plug) I went out this morning to clean the filter, and it was off, but should've been running. I unplugged/plugged back in, and nothing.

The timer lights show up, but it wouldn't make any noise at all. The "test" light on the plug also doesn't do anything. It was "reset", unplugged, plugged back in, probably 30 times throughout the day, after checking various things.

The outlet and breaker are both fine. I can't find much about this pump online, except for an older? model (looks a little different, but comes up with the same model number, 90474e). I saw a video of a different pump suggesting water getting into the plug causing issues, so I opened it up, and there was water in it (we got a lot of rain a couple of days ago, but I've never worried about that with previous pools, it's literally never been an issue), so I dried it for a while, reassembled it, and tried. Still nothing but timer lights.

Took the plug housing apart again to get the wires out and wired on a regular plug. This time it did start making a noise like it's trying to start, and the impellers spin for half a second, but that's it.

We took the cover off the motor, and nothing appears wrong with it. Both impellers spin freely.

I'm out of things I can think of to check. Do any of you have this pump, that can give me some advice?
I've already submitted a warranty claim, but I'm not expecting anything to come of it, from what I've heard about bestway customer service. Replacing with a sand pump sounds good, but I don't exactly want to shell out another $300.
