Jandy Pro Series Truclear Keeps Switching to Standby

I’m running a Jandy Pro Series Truclear that keeps switching to standby mode on its own. It allows me to switch it back to chlorinating and it will stay there for a while. I return a bit later and it’s back on standby. Is this normal? Not sure if it’s just cycling on and off but I’ve never noticed it doing this before. I’ve also had low chlorine levels lately so I’m thinking something is wrong. Salt level is at around 3000-3200 ppm.
