Moved from here.. Help wiring a new wifi timer. Wire schematic is so confusing.

Hello guys not trying to necro a post but i have the same timer i just bough i have 115 system and im having trouble wiring pool pump to it the diagram is very confusing my question is where do the white and black wires from the breaker panel and the white and black from the pump go I understand the jumper.

Brian,

From the breaker panel the black wire (Hot) goes to J1, the white wire (Neutral) goes to J2

From the pump the black wires goes to NO1 and the white wires goes to J2

Install a black jumper wire from J1 to COM1

When relay 1 closes the pump will run..

The above assumes that you have a 120 volt pump and not a 240 volt pump.

Brian,

J1 and L (Line in) are the same thing...

J2 and N (Neutral) are the same thing..

So...

From the breaker panel the Black wire (Hot) goes to L (Line), and the White wire goes to N (Neutral)

From the pump the Black wires goes to NO1, and the White wires goes to N

Install a black jumper wire from L to COM1
