Winter cover .. just got my radiant oval pool this year… They came for closing and put in my winter cover but it seems to be uneven. I would like to take it off but I don’t know how to take the winter cover off seems a little hard… I have a 4 coping inner truck winter cover… please help… I don’t want to call because they don’t pick up the phone and they’ll probably charge me to come and take it off… Not the greatest place or the greatest people to deal with…Your help is greatly appreciate it… Angels Blessings…

I would leave the cover the way it is. The cover is not going to stay even during the winter as it gets rain, wind, and snow on it.

+1. I think you’re good. It’s much harder to get an oval to lay flat with the straight sides behaving different than the rounded ends. IMHO it looks ‘normal’ given the parameters.

Thanks for sharing. I’ve heard about them needing their cover (and their everything else) to honor the warranty. I wondered what was different about it. Evidently it’s an attach-y one and not a drape over and belt on kind.

That's certainly an unusual cover to me. Is the entire thing the cover.....or just the dark blue part?

Let me ask a few northerners for their input..... 🎶 paging @ajw22 @Newdude @jseyfert3

Yes it’s the entire cover light blue to the dark blue… it’s a radiant cover and it interlocks into the tracks under the coping.. this is what it looked like last winter and they installed it then.. thanks for your response Maddie… Angels Blessings…
