There was a power glitch and then it stopped working. It is getting power because the LCD screen is lit but won’t do anything else. Checked all breakers. Submitted warranty (not even a month old 
).

Did you recycle the house circuit breaker that supplies power to the entire panel?
Have you pushed the Reset button on the front panel? Just like rebooting your PC.
Please show me a better pic of the display..
Show me a pic of the wiring, breakers and relays..
Do you have a voltmeter??
