So I will be building my pool this week hopefully and my grader recommended an extra tarp to go down.
So I wanted to put this out to the pros.
So I have sand to level and a foam pad to put down on top of the sand. Should i put the tarp under the sand or on top between the sand and foam pad? He recommended it to help as extra protection from rocks pushing up.
