Tile done! Decking almost done, they will apply the spray deck later in the week. Clean up crew started rough grade. Equipment should be set soon. Hesitant on replacing the fence right now. Hoping lumber goes down.

The tile work on the spa looks great and I really like how the spillway turned out. I also like all the benches in your design. I’ve enjoyed using those a lot recently with this warm weather.

Do you have a plaster date yet? We’re in Fort Worth, dig started on Feb 1st, decking is supposed to be poured this week

Ours was... I think DallasPoolNeed was just referring that she bought her equipment herself (because her builder couldn't get it) and then had it professionally installed.Jandy has to be professionally installed...darn it.
