Well after two drain down and refills, approximately 8000 gallons each time i have my CYA where I need it. I also built and aerating feature tonight to help bring my PH back up after using muratic acid to lower TA.

I would not be very concerned with the TA level in a vinyl pool with no SWG. Just keep your pH in the 7's and let your TA find its own level.
Trying to reduce the chalky water line. I put one gallon of muriatic acid in Saturday, ph should be back up pretty quick.
