Call up the installers and have them replace them or find the old ones... They were there when they started and should have reinstalled them when they were done... 
Myself and a couple of others were looking for the top caps of that trim piece last season. We couldn’t find the caps or the pieces themselves. If the installers can’t/don’t fix them, call inyopools and hopefully they can work their usual magic to get them.
