My pool pump has been set to run for 19 hours a day at 1750 rmp for the past year. I recently noticed no water coming out of the return jets and there is no suction in the skimmer when the pump is on. When I turn on the quick clean though (3200 rmp), everything does work fine. What can be the reason for this? Priming the pump didn't help. Both baskets (skimmer and pump) are clean. The filter is at 10 psi. Neither the pump nor the filter leak anywhere.

When was the last time you cleaned your filter? What was the clean pressure at that time running at that speed?
It was one year ago. I don't remember what the clean pressure was, but it was much lower.
The pressure is 10 with no flow at all?
Does the gauge go to zero when the pump is off?
