Faux Stone

I have heard of 'ledger stone' which is a lot thinner, but what would you call the below stone on the side of the spa/jacuzzi?
This is very commonly used by one of the builders in my area, the two pictures are from his builds.

Do you know who the builder is, if so see if you can give them a call and ask, I bet they will tell you..

Yeah, I know who it is, but didn't want to bother them, figured it might be easy for some pool experts on here to identify.

I'm not looking for the exact brand or model, just a rough terminology or example link...

Maybe its super generic stuff you can find at home depot, etc.
