What is a WPC1 Controller?

What does the relay control?
 
That's a FiberStar controller, and your pump is connected to it right?

I can't remember if the WPC1 uses 24vdc as the control voltage, but I didn't think it did.
Can you post the data off the existing relay?
 
It has a 120 vac coil. That's what I thought it had.

Here's one version.
2PST 120vac Coil N.O. Relay

If you look around you can find several offered in different places. The important parameters are that it be a; Two Pole Single Throw, Normally Open Contacts, 120 VAC Coil, rated for 20 Amps or greater. And it wouldn't hurt for it to have a stated HP rating. That means that the contacts are designed for inductive loads.
