In the Australian chart, it shows "12M" maximum. I have a 40 Foot pool, 12.15M. Now from corner to corner, it is more like 13M. Is this too big for the M200 or S200?

Red,

I think the S200 comes with a 50 foot cord.. But... The cord has to reach from the power supply to the pool and still allow the robot to get to the farthest point. The key in my mind is have the outlet in the middle of the 40 foot length..

Thanks,

Jim R.

The S200 has a 60' cord. If that is your pool in the pic and the receptacle is on the end of the house, it looks like it may work. Can you point out where in the picture the receptacle is? Also, based on where you are plugging the unit in, make a 60 ft. string/cord to mockup the cord on the S200. Then walk around your pool to see if it will reach. Make sure you go to the far corners on the floor.

The Window in the picture, go back about 10 feet to the right for an outlet. Maybe 11-12 feet total from outlet to pool. And that is mid-pool.

From the center of the pool to each far-side corner is about 25 feet. Deep end is 8 feet (far back). A 50 foot hose from the far right corner on the house is a little short for the planter in the opposite corner of the pool. Pool is 40 x 15. Coping is 1 foot and Deck is 3 feet. So Deck is 48 x 23. So I think it will work.

I am looking for a bit more automation than the lower end (better) models. I run my cleaner 2 hours per day to get the little stuff up. I don't get big leaves. Mostly bits of magnolia blossoms, crepe mertyl, grass, and flowers from the pots around the pool, not to mention fire-ant royalty. I scoop the daily worms with a net.

The S200 is great for cleaning (I have the Pentair version). It picks up all the little stuff I don't see. However, I wish I would have gotten the S300 for the programming of schedules and the cart.
