Hello, I have been reading a lot of posts about having an unlevel pool. I have a Wilbar Pretium 24' Round 52' Above ground pool, we had it all level and it was great until we got some heavy rains and then everything shifted.....about 3 to 3 1/2 inches off on one side. Two of the uprights spread under the pressure and we are not sure how to go about making it level. No small children are in the pool, it is just adults and I understand the damage it could do if it breaks. It is pretty level just on one side it is high...I have attached pictures of the bent uprights. Any suggestions? Can we save it? And what type of company could come to fix it if we can't? Where to get replacement uprights and/or can we save the ones that are spread? Do we drain the whole thing?
FYI, I had an Intex pool for several years and it was not level around 4 inches off....and it lasted for over 5 years until some neighborhood kids purposely popped a hole in it that couldn't be repaired, I left it up year-round and I'm from Indiana. I'm mentioning this because I see conflicting stories about leaning pools....some say it's fine and others say it's not. I'm so confused.

Any suggestions are appreciated

Welcome to TFP! What makes your situation a bit more critical is that it looks like the shell want s to roll-over on itself down at the bottom. As you said, there was a shift, and now I can barely see in pic #1 how the supports slipped "inwards" almost off the brick. I don't see any way to fix that other than to drain the pool, realign the supports over the stones, and refill. The other questionable issue is the supports themselves. Once metal gets bent, it's almost never as strong as it originally was, so replacing them may be best. Other than contacting your local AGP installers, I wouldn't know where to check. Hopefully some other AGP members will reply with some ideas. It stinks the heavy rains put a damper on your pool fun. Sure hope things work out for you.

Major bummer about the shift and the bending supports. I’ve got to agree with Pat that the compromised supports are risky, and replacing them is the safest thing to do.

I know what you mean about so many that have unlevel pools and never have an issue. I just wouldn’t want to be the one that did!

Thanks everyone! We took it down got it level and all is pretty good! I do have a small spot at the bottom that sucked in a tiny bit during the fill. The guy put the water in too fast and a tiny bit sucked in and hasn’t popped out yet! It’s in track and completely level so I’m trying not to obsess about it. It’s slowly getting better as people swim. It happened during the fill....should I just leave it alone?

FYI I also replaced the bent supports!
