If you are talking about the white colored deposit looks like normal evaporite to me. Probably being wicked up the water line tile grout.

Hi, welcome to TFP! If you are talking about the whitish areas on the tile and concrete, they may be some calcium deposits or efflorescence. Have you tried anything on it yet?
I use a pumice stone on mine. The grout area is a little harder to get to, use the corner of the stone. The face of the tile comes off pretty easy. Test a small area first to see what happens, like in your skimmer throat.
