Algae bottom of my pool

Hey Guys, This is my first post. So please bare with me. I am almost to the point of draining my pool and starting over But I feel to determined to over come this issue. So here is the scoop and i will give all the information that I can think of.
1) 13,500gal Rectangle vinyl pool. It is a chlorine pool, New pump and filter system & plumbing was done last summer.
2) I came out of winter with a green Pool like an idiot. So I slammed my pool and passed the over night chlorine loss test.
3) My current Pool tests with the Taylor test kit is PH 7.6, CYA 40, FC 7, Alkalinity @ 90.
4) my pool is pretty clear but I continue to get what I think is green algae at the bottom of my pool. I brush and vacuum nightly and the next day it returns, It seems to be a little less each time but after a week of this Crud I’m tired of it.
5) One thing I did leave out is that I used Floc about 5days a go to clean out the algae that was floating in the pool..So idk if that is still affecting things in my pool.
just reaching out to the experts before doing anything more drastic. Hopefully the pictures will help. Also the pool stairs are moved so I could do a better deep clean.
Thanks in advance!

Run another OCLT.... you didn't list a CC value. How does that look? If its still live algae that OCLT should tell you.

I think it looks like its dead algae and FLOC. Did you vac to waste to keep that stuff out of your filter?
