Hayward Omnilogic chlorinator reading is not matching

Hello there,

After opening my pool for the season, I did a sample test and the test came back with 2400 ppm salt, and my pool professional told me I need to add two bags of salt. But my Omnilogic Chlorinator reading is showing a normal range reading. My pool professional brought with her a mobile salt tester to test at my pool and found the reading to be 2630 ppm!
I checked my Chlorinator and it was clean, but I cleaned it anyway and it is is still showing the same normal range for salt. Should I add salt to the pool or keep it the way it is?
is there a way to recalibrate the T-Cell reading?

Keep it the way it is. You want to run the Hayward SWG at the low end of the salt range that keeps it happy.

The salt readings are derived from two very different measurement techniques. They never agree. As long as both a e in range and chlorine is being generated then all is good.
