Good morning, all!

I am looking for advice on a color for our 16x44 rectangle pool with a 9 ft tanning ledge.

I would like the pool to create an ombré effect as the tanning ledge only has 10” of water. Attached (1st photo is a photo of the exact pool but in a Crystal color that my husband is not a fan of.. he wants darker). I am afraid with darker (like the 2nd photo which is also the exact pool but in admiral blue color) it will look uniform throughout. The 3rd photo is the color that has caught my eye from the very beginning (new for 2020 from the company and they haven’t manufactured a pool that color yet and can not guarantee the ombré effect). The 4th photo is what I BELIEVE it will look like but I am so new to this as I have never owned a pool before. Any and all advice is welcomed!!!!

The pool water color is influenced by the surrounding reflections and light. You are unlikely to replicate exactly what you see in pictures viewed on a screen.

And we don’t take sides in disputes between spouses.
