Deck jet type?

Hi Welcome to TFP!
No idea what type it is, but if you are wanting to adjust the eyeball,
squirt some WD40 on it and let it sit a while, then stick a screwdriver the hole in the eyeball and use the screwdriver as a lever.
you might want to wrap the screwdriver with a few wraps of electrical tape so you dont put a bid dent in the edge of the hole.

Thanks i will give that a try. I will try putting two nails in a board that fit the holes to get more leverage. I would like to replace them.

That looks like mine. they are A & A Manufacturing. They make a tool for them that attaches to a ratchet, it runs around $40.
